Most Sega Master system games like Alex Kidd and Phantasy Star 1 (2, 3 and 4 are also faves) are kool, but this is pure homage to my favorite old-school video game of all time; SPACE HARRIER!!! It is not very well-known, but as everyone says, it is just runnin and gunnin, which makes it fun, and I love its color palette Although I'm a fan of intricate storylines (Metal Gear 2 totally lost me, though...) Space Harrier is not really known for having such a thing, other than the price of darkness trying to destroy the Land of the Dragons, or the Fantasy Zone, as it is called. And when that fabric is threathened, Space Harrier comes to the rescue, blowing everything evil that he sees with his uber-large rapid-fire plasma-force-feeder BTW, the little pink guy is a baby dragon; for some reason, the 'good' dragons like Uriah (in the space harrier game) look like hamsters...but they're nothin wrong with that, although I have a feeling that the creators watched a little bit of the 'Never-ending Story' before the concept was dreampt up of....man, I know that he looks drastically different from his original design, but I wanted to have a little fun while I was at it! Man, I want to develop a cool story for this guy!
